CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit Policy Reminder To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your time slot and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. ✨ Rescheduling: One reschedule is allowed without an additional deposit. The deposit from your original appointment will be transferred to the new date. ⚠️ Beyond the first reschedule: If you reschedule again or miss your appointment without proper notice, a new deposit will be required to book future appointments. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits cannot be transferred if you cancel or arrive on the wrong day/time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure smooth scheduling for everyone! 💕 A 50% late cancelation fee will be charged for appointments canceled without 24 hours notice.
